Hurricane Center

Hotline

The Osceola County Hurricane Hotline number is 407-742-0000.  It is activated when needed, regardless of the current or planned EOC activation level, for citizens who have specific questions or need to speak with an Osceola County representative.

By calling this number, citizens can get information on issues such as boil water notices, open shelters (including special needs shelters), curfews, utilities, sandbags, schools, government offices and courts, and locations of food, water and ice.

For additional information, citizens are urged to visit our website at www.osceola.org and click on Hurricane Center for updates.

Information is also available on local television stations.

To speak to an Osceola County representative upon activation of the live phone bank, call the live Citizen Information Hotline at 407-742-0000.  When not activated, there will be a recorded general information message.
